The Vergallo Corporate programme integrates seamlessly into employee benefits plans and the fringe benefit schemes provided for under Italian tax legislation.
The 2025 Italian Budget Law (Law 207/2024) confirmed, for the 2025–2027 period, the tax exemption thresholds for fringe benefits pursuant to Art. 51, paragraph 3, of the Italian Income Tax Code (TUIR):
• Up to €1,000 per year for all employees.
• Up to €2,000 per year for employees with dependent children.
Within these thresholds, goods and services provided by the employer — including a bespoke tailored suit — are 100% tax-free for the employee and fully deductible for the company. This means that investing in the quality of your professional image becomes a tangible tax advantage, as well as a powerful tool for staff motivation and retention.

If its value falls within the annual threshold (€1,000, or €2,000 with dependent children), the cost is fully deductible and the employee incurs no taxation.
